For those under the age of 21 wishing to try the sport of curling, our youth programs, for both experienced and new curlers, run the entire curling season. These programs teach the fundamentals of the sport, etiquette and sportsmanship while keeping it FUN and engaging. Youth programs include instructional time and game play. These programs run Sunday each week.
Knowledgeable instructors provide skill development and organize games in a fun and inclusive environment.
Young people who are new to curling, as well as those with experience, are all welcome.
Helmets are mandatory for anyone under 12 years of age and recommended for all participants.
Little-Rocks Program:
Our Little-Rocks program is for curlers ages 6 to 8 years (*). This group is geared to novice and experienced youth curlers. This program runs Sunday mornings between 9am and 10am.

U21 Recreational Program:
Our U21 Recreational program is for curlers ages 9 to 21 years (*). This group is geared to novice and experienced youth curlers. This program runs Sunday mornings between 10am and 12pm.

U21 Competitive Program:
Our U21 Competitive program is for curlers ages 12 to 21 years (*). This group is geared to experienced youth curlers who wish to pursue competitive curling. This program runs Sunday mornings between 9am and 12pm.
Sessions may be longer when ice time is available. Optional on and off ice extra sessions will be available throughout the season.

Note: U21 Recreational and U21 Competitive groups run concurrently, and may be combined for portions of instruction/game play depending on enrolment.
